You totally get what you pay for here. The assembly instructions (or absolute lack of instructions) are super difficult, some of the parts don't fit as well as I'd like but, once it's assembled, the cage is sturdy and looks great. The latches are not smooth to operate also. BUT, it's huge and it was only $200! I'm not sure what people were expecting but this is a fantastic cage.

The cage is nice but some of the screws were not long enough, about four. I thought no biggie i would just go to the hardware store and get them but the screws are a strange size or the threads are special or something. I could not get the right ones and ended up getting plastic screws as that was all that would fit its holding so far otherwise its great.

My parrot loves this cage. I was surprised by how fast it was shipped. The building directions weren't great, but adequate to get the job done in an hour without too much rework. The cage is much bigger than I envisioned despite having the measurements. It's easy to clean, great access to bowls, perches, outside play area.

The replacement part arrived today. They are more damaged than the original. It looks like the cup holders were snapped off so it would fit in the box. I couldn't believe it. I'll never order from this company again.
There were issues with damage most likely due to UPS shipping (they screwed up in Columbus Ohio and had the box an extra day, probably throwing it around as best they could). I spoke with a representative from bestchoice and was given instructions on what to do to get the broken pieces I needed. Due to bringing my baby bird home and then a super snow storm, I hadn't had time to deal with taking pics or the situation. I received a call from another rep concerning my issues. All has been resolved as they are shipping new parts. Other than the shipping damage I'm pleased with the product and so is my bird.
